For Example:
Sell a home for $300,000Receive a rebate of $600
Plus the introductory bonus of $300

Buy a home for $400,000Receive a rebate of $800
Plus the introductory offer of $400

Total rebate value$2,100

Rebates will be processed with 45-60 days of the closing of your real estate transaction and rebates are paid in the currency of the country where you complete your transaction.

The rebates can be applied to home services such as:

* JustGreen gas or electricity price protection plans
* Home energy audits
* High efficiency furnace installation
* High efficiency hot water tank installation

* Savings on furniture and appliance purchases in Canada, worth up to thousands of dollars. Just Energy customers will have the buying power equivalent to home builder’s prices.
